Template / Instructions
From download to launch.
A short setup guide. Work top to bottom, then use the pre-launch checklist at the end.
1 · Start here
Open the Style guide page to see every colour, text style and component.
Change the brand colours and text styles (below). Every page updates.
Replace content page by page. Anything marked Sample must be replaced or deleted.
Fill the Projects and Posts collections in the CMS.
Connect the forms and your video, then work through the checklist.
2 · Colours, fonts and logo
All colours are colour styles in Assets → Colors, each with a Dark and a Light value. The site opens in Dark for every visitor; the round sun/moon button in the navbar switches to Light and remembers the choice. To change the default (Dark, Light or Device), select the Theme toggle inside the Nav component and set Default; to remove the button, delete it there. Change Accent and every button, link and highlight follows. Text styles live in Assets → Text Styles.
Keep text on accent buttons at 4.5:1 contrast or better. Use Google Fonts only, and update the Licenses page if you change them. The logo is the Logo component (the word Reelhouse plus a dot); swap it for your own mark, and set the favicon and social image in Site Settings.

Card label (“Category · Client”) and Meta line (“Category · Year”) are plain text fields used on the work cards; update them when you change a project’s category, client or year. Services, FAQs, crew and testimonials are edited on the canvas.
4 · Forms
The contact, booking and newsletter forms are native Framer forms. Select a form and choose where submissions go (email, a spreadsheet or a webhook) in its form settings. Until you do, treat them as demos. The submit button shows a Success state after sending, and the brief form swaps to its thank-you message.
5 · Showreel and project films
The showreel and film frames are placeholders. Replace the frame with a Video layer or a YouTube or Vimeo embed. Keep it muted by default, with visible controls and no autoplay with sound.
6 · Motion
Headlines, cards and sections use Appear effects (a fade and rise on load or when scrolled into view). The ticker uses Framer’s Ticker, buttons and service rows have hover variants, and FAQ items switch between Open and Closed variants.
To remove an effect, select the layer and delete its Appear effect in the Effects section. In Site Settings, turn on Reduced Motion so visitors who prefer less motion get fades instead of movement.
7 · SEO and sharing
Give every page its own title (under 60 characters) and description (150 to 160 characters) in Page Settings.
Upload a 1200×630 Open Graph image per page, and a site-wide one in Site Settings.
Keep one H1 per page, and don’t skip heading levels.
The 404, Licenses and Changelog pages are set to noindex.

10 · Quick answers
Where is my remix link?
In your order email from Polar, on your order page at polar.sh/nibforge/portal (sign in with your order email), and as the button on page 1 of the PDF guide.
Do I need a paid Framer plan?
No. A free Framer account is enough to copy, edit and publish on a free framer.app address. You need a paid site plan only for your own domain: see framer.com/pricing.
The link opens, but I can’t edit?
Sign in to Framer (Google or any email), then click Copy on the Reelhouse card. If you land on the Framer home page, click the remix link again. You edit your copy, not this preview site.
How do I change the dark/light default?
Select the Theme toggle in the Nav component and set Default to Dark, Light or Device.
Who do I email, and how fast?
nibforge@gmail.com from the address you used to order. We reply within 2 business days.
